Hershel Is Dead!
That’s right. Hershel is dead. The cliffhanger has been released and now we have to wait TWO months for the continuation. This is something none of the fanbase ever wanted to see of course after the death of beloved Dale!
A brief explanation of the episode if you’ve missed it:
After “The Governor” killed the leader and the leader’s brother, Brian (The Governor) decided to take charge of the group. Since his previous battle with Rick and his group in season 3, Brian still kept his grudge. He pin-pointed the group’s location still being at the prison, He rounded up all of the group and their fire-arms and went to attack. He warned the group that if by sundown they’re not gone, he will have to use force to get them out so he could have the prison for himself. Obviously Brian didn’t go without any leverage, he had Michone and Hershel as hostages. Brian ended up chopping Hershel’s head off which made Rick angry and caused him to shoot at Brian. Michone stabbed Brian through his heart and left him to die.

In February the death toll will be sure to increase due to the fact that in the end of the episode all the zombies started rushing into the prison, not all the survivers have left.
Hopefully, Rick, Carl and the rest will be all safe and find a new shelter.
