The popular survival-adventure multiplayer game, ARK: Survival Evolved is heading to the next-gen consoles, PS4 and Xbox One in June 2016; exactly one year from its debut on Steam Early Access.
Along with this awesome expansion, it will also have compatibility with Project Morpheus that is being developed by Sony. It isn’t a huge surprise on the VR compatibility as ARK: Survival Evolved is already playable on the Oculus Rift.
Expanding to Consoles is Genius
It’s fantastic that ARK: Survival Evolved is expanding to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, showing how popular a Steam Early Access Game can truly be. Since it’s Early Access release this past June, the popularity for ARK: Survival Evolved has developed greatly where the developers are able to offer mod competitions, exploit rewards, and even develop a Hunger Games themed game mode called Survival of the Fittest.

There are so many contributing factors that make ARK: Survival Evolved so compelling, and one of them is dinosaurs. From crafting items, building lodgings, and taming dinosaurs; it brings all the best parts of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World to life.
