Card-based roguelite Slay the Spire is now on Android, coming to all platforms after hitting iOS last year.

It’s been over three years since Slay the Spire first launched in Early Access on PC, and we’ve witnessed quite a journey for the game since. Getting a full release back in 2019, MegaCrit’s hit roguelite/card game hybrid has made its way to each major console too.

Last year it landed on iOS devices, leaving Android users in the dark. Until now, that is. Publishers Humble Games have just launched Slay the Spire via the Google Play Store, compatible with Android 5.1 and up.

If you aren’t familiar with Slay the Spire, Humble Games have outlined its key features below, which include:

  • Dynamic Deck Building: Discover hundreds of cards to add to your deck with each attempt at climbing the Spire. Select cards that work together to efficiently dispatch foes and reach the top.

  • An Ever-changing Spire: Whenever you embark on a journey up the Spire, the layout differs each time. Choose a risky or safe path, face different enemies, choose different cards, discover different relics, and even fight different bosses!

  • Powerful Relics to Discover: Powerful items known as relics can be found throughout the Spire. The effects of these relics can greatly enhance your deck through powerful interactions. But beware, obtaining a relic may cost you more than just go

It’s a great time to dive into one of the most popular games in the genre. If you’re just getting started, consider checking out our Slay the Spire guides, and stay tuned for more StP news as it develops.
