How to Get the Air Dash in Blasphemous 2

Blasphemous 2‘s air dash is found in the Crown of Towers. You won’t be able to get it early on as there are a few requirements. Before I discuss the steps, here’s the exact location of the ability on the map:

Here’s what I did during my playthrough to get the air dash ability:

  • I acquired all three starting weapons, since they all had traversal skills that are necessary to interact with various objects.
  • I obtained the Double Jump after beating a boss called Afilaor. That also had a cutscene that occurred in the Chapel of the Five Doves.
  • Shortly thereafter, I travel through Aqueduct of the Costales and the Elevated Temples, which led me to the Chapel of the Five Doves.
  • There’s also another scene in that area and, after that, I was able to get across chasms since bifrost-like bridges became visible.

When I had done all the above, I made my way back to the Crown of Towers (i.e. the northeastern portion of the map). I then went through the lower portion of the Basilica of Absent Faces, which had a lower-right exit with a bifrost bridge.

That led back to the other section of the Crown of Towers and, upon dropping down and making a left, I reached a chamber with a statue. That statue has the air dash ability, also known as the Mercy of the Wind. You can perform it by pressing R2/RT while in mid-air.
