S-Tier Units
Janemba
Janemba is the master of the meta, being the first Invasion and Burn unit of the game. This unit is famous for having two of the most powerful AoEs in the game: Line and Circle. Since he’s the Unevo LR unit, you can obtain him either in the Invasion mode with a 5% drop chance or by purchasing him for $1,400. Once evolved, he becomes Janemba Hell Sword — another reason this unit is so high on our Roblox Eternal Tower Defense tier list.
Super Saiyan Gogeta
One of the two Super Saiyan units utilizes a massive Hybrid Line AoE that sweeps through mobs like thunder. But you must fully evolve him before being able to use this powerful move. Gogeta can be obtained either via the LR Banner or by purchasing him for $1,625.
Dracule Mihawk
When it comes to the highest single-target damage in the game, Dracule Mihawk wins the competition. His Gigantic Slash! combo is super strong, although the cooldown may take a while. Just like Gogeta, he can be unlocked via the LR Banner or by purchasing him for $1,100.
A-Tier Units
Kuchiki Byakuya
Kuchiki is basically an inferior version of Janembo with access to similar Line and circle AoE attacks. But it’s a lot easier to obtain him via the LR Banner than Janembo. You can also purchase him for $1,200.
Legendary Broly
Before the 0.5 update, Broly was an easy S-tier. But nerfs came down on this unit hard, turning his Planet Crusher! combo into not so much crashing but still very decent. I really suggest you evolve Broly into his Rage version for higher DPS. You can purchase him now for $1,850.
Kenpachi Zaraki
Kenpachi is the most expensive pre-evolution unit in the game at $2,000. That’s a lot of money, but you may really find his new and bigger Circle AoE so much more powerful than before. But it’s up to you to decide!
B-Tier Units
Super Saiyan Goku
Although Goku currently has the longest Beam Blast in the game as of update 0.5, it’s still amazing how little he can do with that first AoE move. Still, if you push him toward Upgrade 3, that AoE attack can finally start doing something fun. Goku will cost you $1,500!
Arlong
I really like Arlong, as he’s got the highest DPS in the game among all the secret units. But that’s the problem: unlocking a secret unit is such a pain. Arlong can drop with a miniscule 0.1% chance after completing the Arlong Park Challenge Mode.
Setou Kaiba
The last unit on our tier list is Setou Kaiba, the only unit in the game that generates cash every single wave. He’s also the only unit who can build structures in the game, although his other traits are subpar. He’ll cost you only $800!
