Adhesive is a rare organic resource you can find in the wild in Starfield. Needed for research projects and crafting, buying the large amounts needed can be a costly endeavor. This is where to farm for Adhesive in Starfield, no matter what stage of the game you’re in.
Where to Farm Adhesive in Starfield
Adhesive can be found on a variety of planets, though you’ll be getting it from plants and animals alike. Its most notable use is in installing new mods for your weapons and your spacesuit. It’s also used to craft an assortment of outpost furnishings.
Early Game Adhesive Farming Locations
There are a few different lower level planets you can visit to gather Adhesive. The easiest to get to is Gagarin in the Alpha Centauri system. You want to be on the lookout for Sweetwater Cactus in Rocky Desert or Swamp biomes. While they can be a bit harder to find, they are approved for outpost production.
Another good early game location is Shoza 3, in the level 35 Shoza system. While this may seem like a higher level planet than what you’re looking for, it’s a good opportunity to quickly gain EXP and Adhesive. Once planet side, look for the Hunting Tentabeard to get the resource. Tirna 2 in the Alpha Tirna system is an additional level 35 planet you can turn to. Look for Hunting Coralcrab to loot.
Late Game Adhesive Farming Locations
If you’re looking to get more EXP while farming, higher level planets also offer great opportunities. Bohr 2 in the level 75 Bohr system has Enduring Bugleweed. Found in Rocky Desert, Mountains, Hills, or Frozen Plains, this plant can also be grown in your outpost.
Archimedes 5-A is a level 75 moon flush with sources of Adhesive. Hunting Gliders, Hunting Crickets, and Spitting Pokeweed all drop it. You can stock up on the resource in a short amount of time when you visit the Deciduous Forest biome. This is my favorite farming place currently.
Console Command — Adhesive ID
If you’re in need of Adhesive right away and you don’t want to farm for it, you can always use console commands. Its ID is 000055B1. You can add as much as you need to your inventory.
