GrimGrimoire OnceMore Demo Now Available

GrimGrimoire OnceMore has released a demo for those looking to test out the RTS mechanics revamp in this classic title.

Originally released in 2007 for the PlayStation 2, GrimGrimoire featured real time strategy mechanics using familiars to destroy waves of enemies and take enemy bases.The remaster GrimGrimoire OnceMore released in Japan in 2022, any this year the title is making its way West onto Nintendo Switch and PlayStation platforms. You don't have to wait to give this one a whirl, as the demo is available now.

You play as trainee Lillet Blan as she works to uncover the secrets of Silver Star Tower. Attacked by a powerful wizard, you must tap into Lillet's powers to defend your school mates. Living within a time loop, you get to replay the same 5 days over as you work to figure out how to defeat the wizard. 

Created with the likes of StarCraft in mind, the original game was unfortunately marred with control issues as was typical of console RTS games at the time. GrimGrimoire OnceMore has had the gameplay mechanics and controls updated. Other additions made to the remaster include new Grand Master magic spells, a skill tree and Tactical Notebook, along with a resolution upgrade and screen ratio adjustment.

In the demo is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. In it, you will play through the first day and part of the second during the first time loop. Your save data, however, will transfer over to the main game upon release on April 4, 2023.
