When it was announced, Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire was already promised to be a massive game. And that was to be expected considering the breadth of its predecessor. However, Obsidian Entertainment announced today the Season Pass for Deadfire, meaning the adventure to save your imperiled soul just got much, much bigger.

Sure to excite fans of the franchise and newcomers alike, Deadfire‘s season pass will include three DLC expansion packs: Beast of Winter; Seeker, Slayer, Survivor; and The Forgotten Sanctum. Each of these DLC expansion packs will include new quests, new characters, and new challenges to test the might and resolve of the Watcher of Caed Nua.

Here’s everything we know about each expansion so far.

Beast of Winter

Set to release in July, the Beast of Winter DLC takes your party to a mysterious island occupied by a strange and mystic cult. Of course, as all cults must do, they hide an eldritch secret that holds the key to an important mystery. As players journey through this addition to Deadfire, they’ll find themselves in “The Beyond,” a realm outside our own — and one filled with myriad dangers meant to waylay hapless travelers in its ancient hellscape.

Seeker, Slayer, Survivor

Scheduled for a September release, Seeker, Slayer, Survivor revolves around all things combat. Finding yourself on a previously undiscovered island somewhere in Deadfire, this DLC tests players’ resolve and party management prowess. There will be savage warriors. There will be primeval relics. There will be amazing discoveries. Players will want to fine-tune their tactics and hone their strategies before embarking on what promises to be a challenging voyage.

The Forgotten Sanctum

November brings not only a winter chill (depending on where you live, of course) but also The Forgotten Sanctum DLC. Here, the fantastical wizards of the land require aid — however, whether you help or hinder them is up to you. In an adventure that carries implications for all of Deadfire, the choices you make in this mystic journey are not choices to be taken lightly. How will the historians of Deadfire remember you: a morally just benefactor or a treacherous betrayer?

What Will the Deadfire Season Pass Cost?

If you choose to extend your adventure in Pillars of Eternity 2, the season pass will cost $24.99, which includes all three expansion packs. Each DLC pack will cost $9.99.

If you backed Pillars 2 during its Kickstarter phase, and you chose to include the DLC in your pledge or support the Collector’s Edition of the game, you’ll receive the Season Pass for free.

Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire will release on May 8. You can pre-order the game on Steam. The Season Pass will be available to purchase when the game launches.
