As many fans of the series are aware, Vivillon is a unique Butterfly Pokémon whose wing pattern changes depending on the geographic location of the player who caught it. It’s pretty cool for those who like aesthetic differences in Pokémon, like all of you shiny Pokémon hunters out there. Although the different types of Vivillon are not as rare, they are still valuable for Pokémon collectors. There are 20 known patterns for Vivillon as of now.

Fancy Pattern VivillonThis special Fancy Pattern cannot be found in the wild, so take advantage of the giveaway while it lasts. Plus, it serves as a special souvenir for those who have used the GTS throughout the years. The instructions on the Pokémon website to receive your own special Vivillon are as follows:

  1. Connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet.

  2. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.

  3. Select Receive Gift, then Yes.

  4. Select Get Via Internet, then Yes.

  5. Watch as you receive Fancy Pattern Vivillon!

  6. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive your Vivillon.

  7. Be sure to save your game!

Hurry up and give a Vivillon a home; only available a limited time!

Hello! I'm Val, a 23 year old college graduate. I've been interested in video games since I was very young, Pokemon being my first (and constant) love. Along the years I have become attached to RPGs and adventure games. I play League periodically (not well), but apart from that, I don't play anything online nor competitively (Though I was a frequent TPP player and I've logged onto GTA Online a few times...). I tend to prefer solo games, unless it's with people in the same room. In those cases, Mario Party, Little Big Planet, Quake, and more, all the way! I am really into anime and try to keep up with the new ones season by season (so many). And yeah I have no idea if I'm writing this right, but thank you for reading!
