Fire Emblem Fates, despite my mounting misgivings about the title and the direction of the series.

(I'll probably only angrily buy most of the inevitable DLC, instead of all of it ASAP.)

Fire Emblem is a series that I have completely missed over all these years, to the point that your comment is the first time I ever heard of them. I will certainly check the series out.

    Thank you for sharing it.

New Mirrors Edge, that is going to be good. New Mass Effect, going to play the crap out of that. New Ratchet & Clank. Damn you Sony, Damn you and your exclusives. I hate exclusives so much.

I would agree with every word in your comment. I honestly can see myself getting a PS4 next year due to the amount of PS4 exclusives that are being developed and have been released this year. The only thing I would miss by getting a PS4 is Gears 4.

And the FF7 remake. I really really don't want to drop 500 bucks on a PS4 just to play two games. I'd rather spend that on a new GPU for my PC.

Strangely, I have no excitement for the FF7 remake. I am not really sure why considering it was my favourite FF game and one of my favourite games of all time.

The main titles I am looking forward to the most in 2016 are Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, XCOM 2, DOOM, Shadow Warrior 2 and Yooka-Laylee.

I would agree that dropping 500 bucks on a PS4 for the sake of two games would certainly not be worth it. It is something I am still thinking over, but there would need to be quite a few exclusives that I would want to play in order to make it worth my while. Especially with a reasonably powerful PC.
