It is likely that this weekend will be filled with an extreme amount of gaming. There’s been a good amount of new releases from all different genres for all players and all ages. This week had not only a good selection, but also a line-up full of titles that had a lot of anticipation.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D
This installment of Zelda has been hyped for some time. The moment for the launch is finally upon us. Although I never played Majora’s Mask, I would be ignorant to not acknowledge the anticipation for this launch. This amazingly redone version is now available on the 3DS and will probably have players curled up with their handheld consoles.
Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate
Speaking of the 3DS, here is another game that players will be swapping out. Monster Hunter 4 has been gaining steam since its announcement. This game looks beautiful and is going to have more than a weekend’s worth of content. Chances are that even the hardcore players will only scathe the surface of Monster Hunter 4 content over this weekend.
Evolve
Transitioning from one sort of monsters to another, the much anticipated Evolve has finally launched. I have played a couple nights of Evolve and enjoyed every bit of it. This game has been pushed back from its inital release date and is finally out. This 4v1 game is fairly balanced with the exception of the Wraith monster and is fun with or without friends.
