Polar bears should appear in Minecraft PE as default creatures somewhere in the future, but you can already spawn them in icy biomes using this command ID – 2854. You can also tame bears, just like wolves, by using bones. They can get hostile if you try to attack their babies, but otherwise they’re quite harmless and cute.
