Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow Gets A New Trailer And Release Date

The new mobile game based on the hit animated series will release later this month.

In a brand new trailer for Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow has just revealed a June 29 release date. Developed by Jam City’s, this upcoming mobile game is based on Matt Groening’s critically acclaimed futuristic animated television series.

The trailer (above) features world famous scientists Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Bill Nye, Stephen Hawking, and actor George Takei arguing about who would be a better choice for announcing news for the game — whether it be because of their relation to science or just due to cameo appearances in the series.

Last month, Jam City released the first trailer, screenshots and gameplay details for the game in a press release — emphasizing that it will feature RPG elements, choice-making, and exploration mechanics, as well as brand new fully-voiced animated content.

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow will release on June 29 through the App Store and Google Play.

Excited fans can pre-register on Google Play or visit the game’s website to be notified when it goes live and receive an exclusive in-game gift for free.
