King’s Landing Built in Minecraft

Awesome remake of King's Landing in exquisite detail in Minecraft. Now that's dedication.

A few weeks ago, Minecraft came up in a conversation among coworkers. The game has been on my radar since it was still in beta, but I’d never taken the opportunity to check it out. What he said planted a seed, though, and I suspect I will succumb before long. “Remember when you were a kid, how you could spend hours playing with Legos? Now picture a box full of infinite Legos, and you can build whatever you want.” Yeah okay, I’ll have what he’s having.

In any case, seeing this on Reddit only tipped the scales even further. The folks at Westeroscraft are rebuilding Westeros one city at a time, and they posted a set of photos of King’s Landing in all its resplendent glory. Check their photos out and join the cause if you feel up to it!
