What Do Easter Eggs Do in Lethal Company?

And NO, this is not about the "secrets," it's about legitimate, colored eggs, for Easter.

Zeekers is a master-tier troll and has decided to add legitimate Easter Eggs in Lethal Company. I am definitely not talking about some secret stuff, such as the secret moons we’ve written about, but actual eggs you can pick up and do stuff with. Let’s see how Easter Eggs work.

How to Find Easter Eggs in Lethal Company

Easter Eggs can be found inside the Facility or Manor on various Moons in Lethal Company. You will be able to scan them from a distance because they are perhaps not that easy to spot, given that their size is that of a key. Easter Eggs in Lethal Company come in different colors and have different functions, so you should handle them with extreme care and precaution.

How to Use Easter Eggs in Lethal Company

Every time you either drop, throw, or place the Easter Egg in Lethal Company, it can explode and kill you or, in the (rare) best-case scenario, knock you far away. Based on my personal, anecdotal experience (on a small number of tests), there’s about a 25% (1 in 4) chance that something bad will happen. I have made a list of tips that you could try adopting when handling Easter Eggs in Lethal Company:

  • Once you pick it up, keep it on you until the end of the run, if possible.
  • If it’s your last day of the run, keep it on you until you are able to sell it.
  • When dropping it, make sure to have everyone else stand way back so that none of your teammates are caught by the eventual explosion radius.
  • If you want to get rid of it, throw it with your left mouse button.

The value of the Easter Egg (like that of all other items) varies, but I feel it’s a medium-value item that might be worth keeping if there’s nothing better you can pick up. If you find something more valuable, you can always throw the Easter Egg away.
