While livestreaming one night, I had a moment of “Wow, this is incredibly awesome!” And I feel like I needed to explain why.
Yes, I’m old.
This is a “classic” show, in that I filmed it January, 2013. The original feedback I got from it was pretty interesting.
“I was talking with my father and for some reason the subject of that Chinese girl during the Olympics who broke the world swimming record was brought up. I told my father how annoyed I was that people doubted her skill and though it stupid they test her. My father countered with “The Chinese are known for lying.” This made me realize something interesting. I’ve met and played with Chinese people before and I never doubted them or felt they were terrible people. It made me realize that things are changing, we as a whole are becoming more connected.” -Paul D’Arbonne
I like to think that gaming is bringing us together like this, in spite of the occasional stumbles.
