Born in 89 and raised through the weird 90s, I got to experience what I consider to be the golden age of video games. At an early age, I was shooting down ducks in Duck Hunt and saving camp counselors from Jason's wrath in Friday the 13th. As an only child from strict woman dominated Puerto Rican household, my main source of entertainment outside of school became my PlayStation. That soon turned into my Nintendo 64, Gameboy Color, and PlayStation 2. I was a nerd in every sense of the word. When I wasn't pulling all-nighters trying to beat the latest Final Fantasy JRPG, I was watching WWF Wrestling and organizing my sweet Pokemon card deck.
