I’ve been taking a break from Aion over the past two months to get some other MMO time in before 4.0 launches later this year, but I still make my way to the forums once a week to see what’s going on. This trip into the depths of the Aion community led me to a video of a lone Elyos trying to survive in the Asmodian capital.
For those of you who do not play Aion, it is normally impossible for Elyos to find their way into safe Asmodian territory — much less into the capital of Pandaemonium. The same can be said of Asmodians and Elyos territory. It just can’t happen, which just makes makes this so novel.
The Siel server recently had its cross-server PvP matches, in which both races are teleported to a coliseum in a main city. According to forum user Euthanize, if a participant logs out immediately after the event is over, they can safely log back in where they left off. Player Hoshoyo did just that.
He survives for more than five minutes! Step it up, Asmos. Either this proves Chanters are the best class, or my home server (Siel) is full of terrible Asmodian players. It could be both, really.
