Candy Crush Redirecting Ads Angers Mobile Users

Redirecting ads bugging the heck out of Candy Crush lovers!
This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

I have not played Candy Crush in a while but luckily, when I did play it, I never experienced any redirecting ads. I have had the misfortune of experiencing redirecting ads in other games and it is very annoying!

The Candy Crush Saga, a game that has been at the top of the mobile charts for a year, has 700 million play sessions a day on iOS and Android. The problem is the app tends to overpower a phone and redirect it to the download browser on the Apple iTunes or Google Play store.

The problem has gotten really out of hand that if you search “Candy Crush Saga Redirecting” or “Candy Crush redirect” you get a lot of different entires complaining about the redirecting and many pleas for help on how to solve the problem.

This makes me sad that many people can not fully enjoy the game without worrying about being redirected if they open up their browser. I don’t think I want to open up my Candy Crush game in fear of getting the redirecting problem!
