Gamers make the best merchandise for video games they love because they aren’t just looking for a profit, they want to show off their love for their favorite games. This is most definitely the case with ShamefulSquid’s Succulent Monster.  For the first time, you can grow your very own Bulbasaur with a little bulb on its’ back.

This is probably one of the best pieces of “Gamer Swag” I’ve ever seen because not only is it a cute little ceramic Bulbasaur but it is also a planter. This planter works like any other planter and it’s equipped with a drainage hole and is big enough to fit a fairly sizable bulb based plant for your favorite botanical bizarre toad Pokémon. It comes in a variety of colors including white, black, green, yellow and blue giving you a nice customizable Bulbasaur, it’s just like having your own shiny Pokémon.

This little ceramic guy is $49.99 which is fairly cheap for a piece with this sort of craftsmanship attached to it. If you want to go catch this little guy check out his page on ShamefulSquid’s Shapeways page. Be careful though, you never know when a great catch like this is going to flee from battle!
