Character Name:  Nehetsrev Llun

I wanted to create a look that displayed a full commitment to my guild (the Heal Every Last Person [Help] guild of the Sorrow’s Furnace world).  So, firstly I needed to find colors that closely matched the colors in our Guild Emblem.  I chose Royal Blue to match the emblem background, Blue Ice to match the White Pegasus, and Pastel Lemon to go with the Gold wings.

I wanted to display our guild emblem on every piece of equipment/armor/clothing that I could, to show that this character was really proud of his guild.  I also wanted to retain my character’s heritage in his outfit, so he’s still wearing the Fanatic’s Mantle shoulder skin (note that the golden ahnk’s of the mantel are actually colored with the Dijon dye rather than the Pastel Lemon used for other gold parts of the armor).  He also carries a Flaming Dragon Sword to show his Ascalonian ancestry, which itself adds a touch of golden-orange flame to accent the look.  It’s a shame that Guild items, like the backpack and the shield, can’t be dyed.  Fortunately, the Guild Shield’s base color comes close to matching the Ice Blue dye allowing it to blend with the rest of the outfit.

Another option I’ve considered is to use the Zephyrite Sun Helm or Wind Helm skins from the Bazaar of the Four Winds to add more glow effects to go with the Radiant Vambraces and Fanatic’s Mantle.  However, I just don’t think the overall design of those helms really goes with the rest of the outfit well enough, so I haven’t implemented the option yet myself.
