Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse Dragon Slayer Nominee

The Logitech G500 mouse is nominated for Best Gaming Innovation.

With the Dragon Slayer Award voting underway over at Guild Launch, I bring you another nominee in the category of Best Gaming Innovation. This time I bring the variable weight laser gaming mouse, the Logitech G500.

The G500 is a wired USB gaming mouse, with several features. The biggest feature in my opinion is the variable weight system. For people who have a tendency to over compensate with their mouse movements adding a little bit of weight to the mouse should help so that it requires more effort to make those over compensations. The other cool thing is the laser sensor emits no visible light. I hate it when I turn the lights out and I can still see the light from my mouse. The final really interesting thing about this mouse is that even though it is wired it has a 6.6 foot cable. This means no USB extensions so that you can adjust the location of the computer to fit your needs.

All in all I think it’s a pretty cool piece of hardware. Whether this mouse or another item wins the Best Gaming Innovation category is all up to your votes so head over to Guild Launch and let your opinion be heard.
