Real-Life Quality Players in Battlefield 3… Better than Call of Duty Players?

BF3 players are better than CoD players.

Hey guys, Haemish here.

I’ve had Battlefield 3 for my Playstation 3 now for about 6 months… I know, I got it late. But what I have noticed in comparison to Call of Duty MW3 and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 is that the community of BF3 players on the PS3 is ridiculously more skilled. I was just wondering other people’s thoughts on the subject.

I Mean Lets Face It…

Bullet drop and bullet-to-target delay makes BF3 way more realistic, and at the same time, more difficult. That being said, SNIPING, arguably the most popular class played in both franchises, is much more difficult and it seems that it is the most effective class that I play against. I mean everywhere I go, there’s always a sniper just waiting for me somewhere. By the end of the match he is usually my nemesis.

My Opinion, Don’t Hate Me!

Now, I have not played Black Ops 2 because honestly… I have grown tired of the same game every year by Activision. I know many of the Call of Duty fanboys and fangirls out there definitely disagree but that’s my opinion. Back to the point though, I can not compare BF3 with Black Ops 2 but I have played every Call of Duty from Call of Duty 3 to Modern Warfare 3 and the players on BF3 are just more competitive. As far as their [Call of Duty] single-player campaigns go, couldn’t complain, but the multiplayer has been the same. And let’s be honest here, who buys Call of Duty solely for its single-player.

All This To Say

I find it interesting that better players choose the harder game, still excel at the game, yet the Call of Duty franchise is more popular. Wouldn’t everyone want to play with the best? As the saying goes,

“You gotta beat the best to be the best.”

Argue with me… please.

Haemish out.
