When Catelyn Blütentanz (German for flowerdance) saw Lady Kasmeer for the first time, she knew she had to have her beautiful dress… Upon returning home to the Grove she went straight to her close friend, and tailoring mentor, Iriun and asked her for a pattern. Unfortunately, she didn’t have one that looked even remotely close to Kasmeer’s, but she was a sweetheart and promised to help. Countless nights of weaving, stitching, and sewing went past… Surprisingly, the delicate top was the easy part. Trying to stitch each and every one of those white moa feathers to a place, where they actually stay and don’t fly away at the slightest movement, was an ordeal. They loosened a lot of times, but Catelyn didn’t give up. In the end the dress was done and she knew it was worth it!
