Winter Workshop and Dream Team Challenge

The Journalist Training Program is wrapping up its first round this Friday. After months of hard work, dedication, starvation, and sometimes maddening frustration, it’s definitely time for a well-deserved break.

Sort of.

Winter Workshop

Like most in the Writer’s Workshop have experienced, the Winter Workshop will take place from December 9th to January 3rd.

Consisting of weekly topics and challenges, this workshop allows for current JTP and future JTP participants to either take a break from daily assignments to spend time with family, or to familiarize themselves with posting on GameSkinny and our editorial process.

To sign up for the Winter Workshop, you must be a member or future member of the JTP with an accepted application. To apply, go over to our JTP application page.

To participate in weekly challenges year round, check out our Writer’s Workshop.

To register, email Katy.

Dream Team Challenge

For the more cutthroat in nature, we’re offering a JTP-exclusive contest running through December called the Dream Team Challenge.

JTP members can group up in teams of three to gather the most pageviews over the course of December. The team with the most pageviews will win a cash prize, which will be gifted to each person.

Only current JTP members may participate. To register a team, email Katy with your group members and team name.
