Diablo 4 Hoarfrost Demise Dungeon Location

The Diablo 4 Hoarfrost Demise dungeon is located in the northern sector of the Fractured Peaks. The closest fast travel point is Bear Tribe Refuge. In fact, one of the NPCs there gives you a side quest called Shattered Tribute, which you can do inside the dungeon. I suggest tackling this, too, as this lets you hit two birds with one stone.

Hoarfrost Demise Objectives and Boss

The main objective in the dungeon is to destroy three Skeletal Constructs, which look like large piles of bones arranged in the form of a summoning pillar. Given the procedurally generated nature of these interiors, the locations of the objects tend to be different. Likewise, this area is filled with Ice Clan goatmen. Take them out so you can pick up the 30 Ice Clan Bones required for the Shattered Tribute side quest.

Now, if you’re already done with the main objective, it’s time to get your Diablo 4 Blood Surge Aspect from the Hoarfrost Demise dungeon. Make your way to the inner chamber to fight the Khazra Abomination. This giant goatman has poison-based attacks, causing debilitating green pools to appear on the ground. Avoid these while continuously striking your target until it’s beaten.

Blood Surge Aspect Effects

For your efforts, you’ll receive the Diablo 4 Blood Surge Aspect for the Necromancer. It’s called the Blood-bathed Aspect, and it has the following effect:

“Your Blood Surge nova echoes an additional time, doing 70% less damage.”

What the perk simply means is that, whenever you cast your Blood Surge, another one will trigger afterward. This gives you additional AoE damage, which is great when used in conjunction with Overpower effects. I can’t stress enough how useful this is for Necromancers that focus primarily on Blood spells. Moreover, this Aspect can also appear as a perk in various types of legendary items, though this is mostly reliant on RNG.

And that’s how you to get the Diablo 4 Necromancer Blood Surge Aspect from Hoarfrost Demise. For more gameplay mechanics and quests, our Diablo 4 tips hub has you covered.
