For fans of Dragon Ball Z, Goku Black coming to Fortnite would be an incredibly exciting prospect. The Battle Royale regularly rolls out new content and has done crossover events with Dragon Ball in the past, so it’s always possible more are on the way. Occasionally, leaks get ahead of a content launch, which seems to be the case here. So is Goku Black going to be in Fortnite? Here’s what we know about the leaks so far.

Will Goku Black Be in Fortnite?

According to reliable Fortnite sources such as iFireMonkey, dataminers have discovered that Goku Black may be coming to Fortnite. The information pointed to a potential release sometime around Goku Day on May 9, 2023. However, there’s yet to be an official confirmation of the character or skin drop from Epic Games, which instead released the Wendell and Walnut skin on May 9.

Another user, GMatrixGames, also grabbed outfit textures from the game’s code and says with confidence that the assets are related to a Saiyan Rose Goku Black skin. But again, we’ll have to wait and see how this information pans out.

There are also a few items predicted alongside the skin, such as an emote, weapon wrap, and pickaxes. The original Goku skin offered alternate styles, so it’s possible we see a similar treatment for Goku Black if the skin shows up in Fortnite.
