Following a charming, mischief-filled reveal trailer, you may be wondering how to get the Wendell and Walnut skin in Fortnite so you can go “nutz” with the trickster duo. The skin is available in the game’s item shop, and we have the details on how much the set costs, as well as what the set contains.

You can see in the clip below that the story surrounding the skin involves Wendell rappelling Walnut down to a barbeque grill to steal some enticing hot dogs, which is the perfect kind of silliness to add to the Battle Royale. The inclusion of this skin set comes on the heels of Fortnite‘s Star Wars event, which added skins like Padme Amidala, Anakin Skywalker, and Darth Maul to the game.

How to Get the Wendell and Walnut Skin Bundle

Getting the Wendell and Walnut skin bundle is just a matter of buying it from the item shop. You’ll get both characters in a bundle that costs 1,500 V-Bucks. It also includes three additional themed items beyond the skin:

  • Wendell and Walnut Outfit
  • Squirrely Emote
  • Swiper Strikers Harvesting Tool
  • Nut Hutch Back Bling

How to Unlock the Wendell and Walnut Outfit

If you’re looking to save some V-Bucks and don’t want the Swiper Strikes Harvesting Tool, you can purchase the trimmed-down set that includes just three items for 1,200 V-Bucks:

  • Wendell and Walnut Outfit
  • Squirrely Emote
  • Nut Hutch Back Bling

If you’re running short on V-Bucks, you can purchase 1,000 V-Bucks for $7.99 or 2,800 V-Bucks for $19.99. You can also unlock V-Bucks throughout the game’s seasonal battle pass. However you unlock the duo, we hope you had better luck than they did at the barbeque cookout!
