While this comes at a time when the game is still highly popular, most of the current clues seem to have been uncovered. Clown Illustrations promises the site will return alongside the ARG’s next update.

Thanks to a few videos on Youtube, Welcome Home ARG became highly popular — fast. With so many new visitors, it was announced that the site would need a spa day. The Announcement was made on Twitter, and the site immediately started delivering 404 Page Not Found responses. When Welcome Home ARG will return remains unknown at the time of writing.

Welcome Home ARG is currently in the Prologue stages, setting up characters and locations for the main part of the story. It features a colorful cast of puppets that appeared on a children’s show of the same name from the 1970s. The game revolves around the restoration of old images, videos, and more that have been uncovered about the show.

If you’re interested in learning more about Welcome Home, this would be a good time to review all information that has been found. Though you can’t visit the various hidden links yourself, there are a lot of screenshots, hidden text, and secret images that have been uncovered so far and shared with the community.

Since this is only the Prologue of the game, we can only speculate what is coming next. It sounds like it’ll be the actual start of the game, sending us down myriad rabbit holes on what exactly happened to the stars of Welcome Home. Is Wally a prisoner in Home? Who’s actually running the Welcome Home Restoration? These questions may not be answered, but we’re sure the creepy factor will be kicked up a few notches, and more than a few mysteries will be uncovered.
