Whether this is your first time playing Minecraft or you're a seasoned veteran with 2000+ hours, playing with seeds is one of the easiest ways of making sure you have a blast in Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition. Why spend hours in worlds with unknown biomes and weak resources when you can spawn near a village?
Because it's still in its infancy, there aren't as many seeds for Nintendo's new edition as there are for longer standing versions on PC or mobile. But even so, here are the best Minecraft seeds we've found for the Switch so far!
If you're fond of deserts, this is the Minecraft Switch seed for you! Created by Skycaptin5, you'll be able to find at least two dungeons in this seed. The first one is visible above ground and is located at -435, 71, -404. Not too far away from the first dungeon is the entrance to the second one: -495, 66, -440. This map contains chests that'll have saddles and horse armor for your horses, as well as nametags.
This is the kind of Minecraft Switch seed that has (almost) everything. It's got items for horses, gems, villages, mushroom islands, and much more.
After spawning, you will want to head north for a short while. After arriving at 30, 223, you will find a cave that has chests inside of it.
Your next point of interest is the Earthquake Village, so named by the seed's creator, unclesporky, because it has lots of cracks in the ground that will lead to successful cave exploration. To get to this village, head to 1382, -1209.
If you want to see some sweet ocean monuments, you will have to head to the following three locations: -227, 1324; 203, 1373; and 858, 1326.
There's treasure to be found at the jungle temple located at 1192, -485. However, if you wish to get access to even better loot, you'll have to go to the three desert temples this map contains. The temples are located at -1490, 216; 843, 642; and 1109, 1070.
This seed, found by realsevnlabs, contains a variety of biomes as well as some of the coolest natural formations I've seen from all of the Minecraft Switch seeds. Plus, it's got the coveted ice plains spikes biome for you to chill out in. What more could you ask for?
Just like the other versions of the game, the Nintendo Switch edition has its own version of the Golden Apple seed as confirmed by harlem545. This should be a medium-sized version of the seed from the PS4 version of the game and therefore should have all biomes -- plus a sea fortress, golden apples, plenty of diamonds, and much more.
