Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Comb Guide: Where to Find Bil’s Comb

Seemingly everyone wants to spend an evening with Bil in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Here's how to find her comb and ensure she only has eyes for you.

Many of the “mysteries” (aka the blue dots) you’ll find on the gigantic world map of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will lead you into interactions with the denizens of Norway and England. One such interaction you can find very early in the game is with Bil, who is seemingly holding a little contest for any interested suitor. Bil claims to be searching for a comb and promises to give her undivided attention to whomever can find it for her.

For the evening, at least.

Here’s where you find “The Comb of Champions” event , how you complete it, and how to get Bil’s comb.

Where Do I Find Bil in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla?

Bil is located in the Rygjafylke region, which is where you first begin the game in Norway.

If you look at the above map, the player indicator is directly on the spot where you find her. This quest is one of the blue dots to the northeast of Fornburg; just ride your horse out of town up the path, and it won’t take you long to get there. Another way landmark is that it’s northeast of the “U” and “G” in Fornburg on the map.

Once you arrive at the location, you’ll hear commotion as men are searching for something and Bil laments her missing comb. Approach and speak with her to trigger the next step.

Where is Bil’s Comb?

Bil’s comb is actually extremely close by, like most of the blue dot quests in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. If you read the paper on the bench close by, it will give a lot of hints about water. You also just so happen to be near a small pool at the base of a waterfall. That should serve as a bit of a hint.

There are a few rocks you can stand on in the middle of the pool; head towards the rock closest to the waterfall. Once you are there, face the waterfall and dive into the water off the left side of the rock.

You’ll want to dive down into a little tunnel at the bottom of the pool. Since the water is dark and cold, it may be hard to spot. Trigger your Odin’s Sight skill a few times to help you navigate a bit.

Dive to the bottom of the tunnel, and you’ll be able to use the Interact key to pick up the comb. Surface and return to Bil; she’ll send everyone else away and go on a walk with you before offering to comb your hair and… help you relax.

After the cutscene, another Rygjafylke mystery will be checked off your list!
