Diablo 4: How to Get the Harlequin Crest (Shako)

This is how to find the Harlequin Crest in Diablo 4.

The Harlequin Crest is a unique item in Diablo 4. Fan-named the Shako, this helm has stats just about any build would be happy to include. Not only that, but at the time of writing, it’s one of the rarest pieces of equipment you can get in the game.

How to Get the Shako in Diablo 4

The Harlequin Crest is a Unique helm that gives a variety of stats when equipped, along with its armor boost.

  • + Maximum Life
  • % Cooldown Reduction
  • % Resource Geneartion
  • +25 to all Stats
  • % Damage Reduction
  • +4 Ranks to all Skills
  • Empty Socket

You’ll need to take out level 85 or higher enemies in Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, or take on a World Boss to get your hands on the Shako. Even though they’re rare, they drop at any location Unique items will drop at.

The best places to find Unique items are higher tier Nightmare Dungeons, especially tier 31 and over dungeons in World 4, so you have a chance of it dropping as an Ancestral unique item. When you finally get one, it’ll drop at 820 Item Power, which breaks the power limit.

With so many buffs, it’s no surprise that it’s hard to get it. Recently, Diablo 4 developer Adam Jackson posted on Twitter that it was one of the six rarest Unique items in the game.

Get ready to grind through Nightmare Dungeons, and Helltides for your Harlequin Crest drop. Hopefully you’ll get it at maxroll. For more item locations, where to farm materials or how to defeat World Bosses, check out our Diablo 4 guide vault.
