Diablo 4 is full of side quests to bring you closer to the world of Sanctuary — some of which are more horrifying than others. The Unyielding Flesh side quest will take you on a journey that ends in a, let’s just say, disturbing way. Here’s our complete guide for completing the Diablo 4 Unyielding Flesh side quest.

How to Complete the Unyielding Flesh Quest in Diablo 4
To begin the quest, you’ll need to head to Yelesna and speak with Krystyna. She can be found directly east of the town Waypoint, and her location is marked on the map above. You’ll learn once you talk to her that her husband, Feodor, is missing.
A blue oval will appear on your map directing you to the undiscovered area of Gnarled Timbers, but it won’t tell you exactly where to find him. You’ll find Feodor in a rather compromising situation near the center of the Gnarled Timbers area, and directly East of the Yelesna Waypoint. His location is marked on the map above.
Once you find him you’ll see he’s been chained up and flayed alive. Ouch. A Mysterious Woman is found with her, and upon your arrival, she wanders off to the right of Feodor.
The Mysterious Woman will transform into Yulia the Hellhound (Hellhound, Multishot, Electrified Obelisks), and you’ll need to take her down to proceed in the quest. I really didn’t have any trouble defeating her, she didn’t have any tricks up her sleeve.
Once you’ve defeated Yulia, return to Krystyna and Feodor. Krystyna, devastated, will tell you to remove the dagger from his chest as your prize. You’ll receive the Blood-Barbed Blade dagger, +20 renown, and gold and XP tailored to your level.
