How to Fix the Logging Into Account Error in Mortal Kombat Onslaught

NetherRealm and Warner Brothers have stepped into the mobile arena with the release of Mortal Kombat Onslaught. Instead of the usual fighting formula, this game is a turn-based RPG. However, if you’ve downloaded the game you may have run into an issue logging in. Here’s how to fix the logging into account error in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught.

This issue happens in both the iOS and Android versions of the game. The easiest way to try and fix the error is to uninstall Mortal Kombat: Onslaught and redownload it. The game has a built-in security measure to stop Android emulation, which causes the issue on both versions. Uninstalling the MK: Onslaught can get rid of any bugs you may be experiencing. 

Uninstall on iOS

For iOS users, you can also log out of Game Center. However, be aware that you won’t get any achievements for any games while you’re logged out. Here are the steps:

• Open Game Center in Settings
• Select your Apple ID
• Select Sign Out 

Uninstall on Android

If you’re an Android user, hold down the icon for Onslaught and choose “uninstall” on the right side of the menu that pops up. You can also try clearing your cache if uninstalling and redownloading didn’t work. This can also clear out any bugs that may be affecting MK: Onslaught. 

Check Internet Connection

If you’re still having issues, you should check your internet connection. While it’s unlikely that the issue is on your end, your connection may not be stable. You can also try playing using mobile data. However, we only recommend this if you have an unlimited data plan. Likewise, try to reset your router if you’re connected to one or find somewhere with a stronger signal if you’re out.

After you’ve tried all these fixes and you’re still encountering the problem, NetherRealm is aware of this issue and is actively working to resolve the problem. This means you might have to wait until they fix it.
