How to Recruit Lucy, The Ghoul, Ma June to Your Vault in Fallout Shelter

A total of five characters were added from the Fallout show to Fallout Shelter as Legendary Characters.

You get these Legendary Dwellers by completing the associated quests. To start getting quests, you need to have 18 Dwellers, unlock the Overseer’s Office for x1,000 Caps, then build it. Complete the walkthrough, start the mission, and return to your vault.

Afterward, you’ll be able to pick from a variety of quests. The first mission you want is titled A Pier Into the Future. It’s the first of eight missions under the Power Struggle questline. The selection also has a vault 33 icon pulsing on the right side.

Finishing the first quest is how you get Lucy to join your vault. The other quests in the story will sometimes require Lucy or the others to complete, but they’ll always be unlocked in the missions before necessary. Concluding the quest series earns you all the new characters.

What Equipment Do the New Characters Have in Fallout Shelter

The characters have their own stats and come with their own weapon and special attire.

  • Lucy comes equipped with her Tranq Gun (2-12 DMG) and Vault Suit (+3 P, +2 E, +3 L).
  • Ma June wields the Enhanced Hunting Rifle (5-7 DMG) and comes wearing her jacket (+2 P, +2 L).
  • Maximus has the T-60 Pistol (10-14 DMG) and wears BoS Casual (+2 E, +2A).
  • The Ghoul brings his iconic Mare’s Leg shotgun (9-13 DMG) and sports his coat (+2 P, +2 E, +2C, +2A).
  • The Snake Oil Salesman appears wearing a Sleazy Suit (+2 C, +2 I) and brandishes a 10mm Pistol (2-3 DMG).

That’s how to get Lucy, Ma June, and The Ghoul in Fallout Shelter on mobile. Get ready to explore the wasteland in style or water the plants as you discover more about these characters.
