Where to Find all the Energy Spheres in White Wafers

As we’ve said before, each stage in Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe indicates how many Energy Spheres there are when standing in front of the stage door. If you notice any of the icons are filled out of order, chances are you probably missed a sphere or two. We mentioned this in our guide on the Energy Spheres in the Egg Engines so if you’re having trouble there check that guide out as well.

If you are looking for a specific stage go ahead and skip forward with one of these links.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe Energy Spheres Level 4-1

Sphere 1

The first sphere is early on in the stage where there are plenty of snowmen. Near one however you’ll see blocks of ice stacked on top of each other. On the other side of that ice is the first Energy Sphere. To get it you’ll need the fire ability to melt the ice.

Sphere 2

Moving on to the second sphere, you’ll find yourself in an area filled with cannons and you’ll be getting blasted about. There’s one cannon you’ll land in that is right in front of 3 spiky stalks. Before you barrel through them, shoot yourself up to find a secret path leading to the second Energy Sphere.

Sphere 3

The search for the next Energy Sphere starts right after getting the second. Blast your way back down and to the right through the 3 spiky stalks to find an area of cannons that form an “X” shape.

Shoot yourself to the lower right first, then lower right again and you’ll land in another cannon. If you look closely you can see a cannon to the bottom left just barely off screen. Shoot yourself into that one and head into the star door at the end. Then just follow the lower path until you see the sphere floating up above on the way.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe Energy Spheres Level 4-2

Sphere 1

In the first part of stage two you’ll wanna grab the fire ability. At one point you’ll see a bunch of ice blocks in the area. You’ll want to melt them and burn the rope at the end. Then run till you find the cannon just at the end and hop in.

This takes you to an area where there is a ninja just standing about on the lower part. You can take the ninja ability or keep the fire ability here. You have to hit the red switch and make it past the opened gate in time before it closes. Then just hop up and get the first Energy Sphere.

Sphere 2

The next sphere requires the spiked boots you hop in. Crush through some yellow blocks to reveal a red star door and head inside. You’ll come to a skill area that forces you to time your jumps with the floating snowballs to get to the higher side to the right. Then just jump through the next set of yellow blocks to get the second Energy Sphere.

Sphere 3-4

Moving on to the final two spheres you’ll fight super bonkers. Steal his ability and get the Grand Hammer. Keep making your way until you find 3 owl statues that hop out randomly.

When one comes up, rush to it and use the hammer ability to smash it down. This breaks the blocks and reveals a star portal. Hop in and make your way to the Sphere Doomer battle to earn the last two Energy Spheres in stage two.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe Energy Spheres Level 4-3

Sphere 1

The first Energy Sphere needs the spear ability. You’ll keep moving forward until finding a lone button in a square. Hit this to make the platform to the right move revealing the first Energy Sphere.

Sphere 2

The second Energy Sphere is further ahead and needs the clear crystal and the fire ability. Picking up this crystal makes Kirby turn invisible and intangible so running through enemies isn’t a problem. You’ll go up a large ladder and burn through the nearby ice blocks.

Then you’ll carry the crystal up the ladder and head to the right to phase through a wall of clear gems. Hit the bomb block behind the gems to destroy the nearby blocks to find the next sphere.

Sphere 3

Soon after the second sphere you’ll want to grab the cutter ability from a nearby enemy. Not far from the cutter enemy there is a waterfall that has a platform on the other side. What you’ll want to do here is charge your cutter ability and then after firing, angle it up to bounce off the wall in the water fall to get it to cut the rope.

This opens a path to the red star door. Head inside and hit the switch from a distance to release the snowball. Avoid it and go for the 3rd Energy Sphere.

Sphere 4

The final sphere needs the bomb or water ability. You’ll come to a part where there is a key next to a pink switch. You can control the elevation of the platform to the right with the switch.

If you’re using the bomb ability, lay a bomb next to the switch and toss the key to the platform. If you’re using the water ability, you’ll still toss the key on the platform and send a water ball to roll toward the switch letting you go up and get out.

Carry the key forward until you reach the locked gate holding the last Energy Sphere in stage 3.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe Energy Spheres Level 4-4

Sphere 1

The first sphere is early on in the stage. You’ll come to a part where the ground is covered in ice and you’re being blown over it. Find a yellow cannon and hop in. This takes you down a secret path to the Energy Sphere.

Sphere 2

The next sphere is behind a locked gate. You’ll find the key in an enemy’s hand just above you. Race to the end of the stage to cut it off and get the key. Then jump down to the second gate and make your way to the Energy Sphere.

Sphere 3-4

The last two spheres are kept by the Sphere Doomer. You’ll have to take the super ice ability and snow bowl your way until you reach the bottom half of a giant snowman.

Use your ability and roll on top of the half complete snowman to reveal the star portal. Then make your way to the Sphere Doomer and take the Energy Spheres it has.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe Energy Spheres Level 4-5

Sphere 1

The first Energy Sphere here is behind a red star door. You’ll come across it during the section where you have the crackler cannon. There will be two moving platforms that split apart revealing the door.

You’ll have to carry the crackler cannon inside and use it to destroy all the heavy blocks in the room until you reach the sphere.

Sphere 2

After getting the first sphere try to get the fire ability so you can get rid of pesky ice blocks blocking your way to another red door. Go inside you’ll find a bomb block.

If you don’t make it in time it’s okay because you can leave and reenter the room to start over. What you’ll want to do here is hot the bomb block and rush ahead of the forming blocks before they cut you off from the Energy Sphere.

Sphere 3

For the third Energy Sphere you’ll find yourself in the dark. Carry the candle ahead until you find some ice blocks to the left. Destroy them with the candle and go into the hidden door.

Then switch to the ice ability to freeze the floating snowball enemy and push the frozen enemy cube to the switch at the right. Now you can collect the sphere.

Sphere 4

The last sphere is near the very end of the level. You’ll come to a point with two locked doors. Use the nearby key on the door to the left to get the last White Wafers Energy Sphere.

Then use the second key you find to open the second gate to complete the stage.

Now you’ll have all 19 White Wafers Energy Spheres. If you’re looking for help with finding the rest of the game’s Energy Spheres, check out our other Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe guides.
