How to Boost Power in Ragnarok Origin

Character Stats

The first thing you need to do is increase your character stats by tapping your character icon in the top-left corner of the screen. The list of stats you can improve includes:

  • Strength
  • Agility
  • Vitality
  • Intelligence
  • Dexterity
  • Luck

Skill Points

If you tap on the “Skills” icon on the home screen, you’ll see a skill tree for your character. Every time you increase your skill levels, your power will also grow. There are four skill trees available, including:

  • General skills
  • 1st Job skills
  • 2nd Job skills
  • 2nd Job advanced skills

Gear Levels

Tap the “Backpack” icon on the home screen to see all of your gear. Tap on any piece of equipped gear, and you’ll see its level. The higher the gear’s level is, the more power you’ll have.

It’s recommended to improve your gear to Level 50 for the best results. Most of your gear comes from blueprints that you earn in the dungeon runs, and the rarity of the gear also influences your power level.

Gear Modifications

You can also improve your gear and weapons in Ragnarok Origin with skills you unlock in the skill tree and simply adding those skills to your gear.

You can also refine your gear by tapping on it and pressing the “Refine” button, which makes it stronger. Doing so requires Elunium.

Forging Items

You will collect a massive number of items during your daily quests that can be used to craft items in the “Forge” menu. This action will also improve your stats and power level.

If you’re looking to craft a specific item for your build but you can’t find the right materials, then you can purchase them using Zeny or Eden Coins.

Card Levels

If you tap on the “Cards” icon, you’ll see all of your cards. You can perform two improvements to your cards:

  • Awaken
  • Promotion

Both should be done in order to get a higher power level, as different cards influence various character stats.

Pet Levels

Your personal pets and their individual skill trees are available in the “Backpack” menu under the “Pet” tab. If you want pets to increase your Divine Power, then you have to deploy them by tapping the “Deploy” button.

If you want your undeployed pets to imrpove your power, then you’ll need to promote them by tapping the “Promotion” button. Additionally, you can train your pets by selecting the “Stats” tab and spending Spirit Dew to increase their stats via training.

Lastly, your pets can also be equipped with gear that works in the same fashion as your character’s gear, which you can level up and craft higher rarities of for even more Divine Power.

Mount Levels

Similar to pets, you can also increase the level of your mounts by following these steps:

  1. Tap the “Mount” icon in the home screen.
  2. Tap the level icon of your mount.
  3. Select the “Style Level” tab.

Titles and Emblems

In the “Title” menu, you can improve your title from Star Forger 1 to Star Forger 6. Each new title and emblem improves your passive skills, and you get more power in the process.

Valkyrie Feathers

Each class can be equipped with a number of Valkyrie Feathers that improve your character stats. They can be promoted for even more power in the “Feather” menu, but the rarity of the equipped feathers is also important, just like with gear.

Medals

This option becomes available once you reach Level 50. When you do, tap the “Medal” screen to start unlocking medals using Eden Coins. Medals improve your stats significantly, and you can also upgrade them by increasing your Reputation, which can be earned during daily commissions.

You can also purchase the Kafra VIP Card in the in-game shop, which will effectively double all your earned Fame and Reputation points.

Monster Research

Many Ragnarok Origin players may not know this, but researching monsters can be very beneficial for your power level. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Tap the “Guide” icon in home screen.
  2. Select “Monster Archives” tab.
  3. Tap the “Details” button on a selected monster.
  4. Select “Monster Research Level” to improve a specific stat.

Fashion Levels

In the “Wardrobe” menu, you can select and upgrade various pieces of clothes that also add points to your stats. Choose specific fashion items that complement your character build for more efficient power growth.
