Rumors are the side quests of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. One of the rumors I found most pressing to complete is the Abandoned Shack quest, which will reward you with an extra stim canister. To investigate the Abandoned Shack in Jedi: Survivor, you need to first find the source of the rumor. Our guide below tells you everything you need to know.

Head to the Stables near Pyloon’s Saloon, and talk to a Prospector. They’ll tell you about the haunted shack, adding the Investigate the Abandoned Shack rumor to your quest log and marking it on your map. You’ll need to have unlocked the ability to ride animals to complete this quest, which becomes available after the Forest Array main quest.

If you have, you can now head over to Foothill Falls. Use the Relter near the Foothill Falls meditation point to travel to the island where the shack is located.

How to Get Inside the Abandoned Shack

There are some raiders you’ll need to fight off before going inside the shack. During this combat sequence, look around to spot a currently unreachable wall-run spot. Once you defeat all the enemies, you can Force pull the doors off the shack to create an entry. Go in, and you’ll see a destructible wall that requires Roller Mines.

Explore the area around the shack to find a Nekko mount. You can now super jump up to the wall, run, and make your way to a higher platform. Jump over to the next platform, where you can command BD-1 to splice a Roller Mine spawn.

Guide the Roller Mine back to the Abandoned Shack. Grab it with the Force once you drop down, and then throw it inside the shack to destroy the breakable door. Beyond it is your reward, a stim canister upgrade that will increase your max number of stims.

That’s how to investigate the Abandoned Shack in Jedi Survivor and get a time canister. We’ve got more tips and tricks over on our Star Wars Jedi: Survivor guides hub.
