You Can Marry Satoru Gojo With This New Stardew Valley Mod

This mod brings JJK's strongest sorcerer to Stardew Valley as an eligible bachelor.

Over the weekend, my TikTok feed was filled with footage of a new Stardew Valley mod that brings Jujutsu Kaisen’s Satoru Gojo to the game as an eligible bachelor. As a huge fan of Gege Akutami’s manga series and the anime adaptation, this is the kind of news I love to see.

The mod was created by cursedcure on Nexus Mods, where you can now secure your download. And yes, it’s totally compatible with version 1.6 of the game. Here’s how to install the Satoru Gojo NPC mod and get to know the strongest sorcerer of the modern era.

How to Download the Satoru Gojo NPC Mod for Stardew Valley

Before you can download the Satoru Gojo NPC mod for Stardew Valley, you’ll need to get SMAPI and Content Patcher. This can be done through Nexus Mods as well. With both in place, go to your Steam Library, right-click on Stardew Valley, then choose Browse Local Files. This will open the previously installed SMAPI files. From there, you can open the Mods folder to see the mods you have.

With SMAPI installed, go to the Satoru Gojo NPC mod on Nexus and select the Manual Download option. Open the RAR once the download is complete, then click the Back arrow in the top-left of the File Explorer window. Finally, start StardewModdingAPI to bring Gojo to the Valley.

How to Marry Gojo in Stardew Valley

Once the mod is ready to go, you can faithfully find Gojo at the Adventure Guild in Stardew Valley. While he’s generally referred to by his surname throughout the Jujutsu Kaisen animanga, he’ll ask you to call him Satoru following introductions. From that point on, you’ll be on a first-name basis.

After that, developing your relationship works in much the same way it would with any other bachelor or bachelorette. Chatting often and giving liked or loved gifts are the key to growing closer. With 10 full hearts, you can propose to Satoru with the Mermaid’s Pendant.

Modder cursedcure has clarified that there are currently no heart events to mark relationship milestones, though this feature is in the works. Moreover, Satoru doesn’t attend the Flower Dance, so you won’t be able to share a dance with him.

Gojo’s Likes & Dislikes

The mod’s creator cursedcure has kept things canon when it comes to Gojo’s likes and dislikes in Stardew Valley. In line with the animanga, the sorcerer loves all things sweet and isn’t a fan of alcohol. However, the modder noted that some creative liberty was taken when deciding Gojo’s hated gifts. Even so, I’d say the mutant carp is the closest thing to a curse in the Valley, so it’s a pretty faithful reach.

For now, that’s all it takes to woo Gojo in Stardew Valley. As mod creator cursedcure works on updates to include heart events, I recommend whipping up all the sweets you can to get on his good side in the meantime. To prepare, head on over to our Stardew Valley guides hub for details about farm options following the game’s 1.6 update.
