Thus far, the game has yet to receive a winter update in 2023 that implements snow, and nothing has been announced regarding when it can arrive.

However, judging by past trends, we can predict when snow will finally arrive to the game. Rockstar tends to begin implementing snow in GTA 5 Online right before Christmas, usually between the dates of December 20 and December 24. This means that snow should appear in-game at any point between Winter Solstice and Christmas Eve.

Last year, snow came to GTA 5 Online during the Festive Surprise event, which began on December 22, 2022.
