Resident Evil 4 Remake: Where to Find the Shotgun

Where to find the shotgun to blast the chainsaw man with in the Resident Evil 4 remake.

You’re going to want the shotgun if you plan on killing the chainsaw man in Resident Evil 4. Could you kill him without it? Probably. Do you want to? If you’re a masochist. You may not even notice the shotgun location if you’ve never played RE4, but it’s easier to find than you might think.

Head up the stairs, and you’ll find the shotgun hanging up on the wall. You can just grab it and keep moving, but you’ll have to search the village in its entirety to stock up on shotgun ammo.

If you’re grabbing the shotgun to kill the chainsaw man (you are), mind the grenade in the cupboard right next to the shotgun, as pictured above. Make sure to grab that, too, while you’re at it.

The Chainsaw Demo doesn’t last long, only up to the bell (so approximately 10 minutes), but it lasts long enough for you to kill the chainsaw man and then some.
