FFXIV Endwalker AFK Kick Timer: Can You Skip It?

Can you avoid the AFK kick timer in FFXIV: Endwalker?

The AFK kick timer in FFXIV is meant to keep players from staying logged in while idle and allow for other players to log into the game. With the Endwalker expansion release being a massive success and player queues at their highest, plenty are wondering how to stay logged into FFXIV while the AFK kick timer is at its most vigilant.

Final Fantasy XIV: Is It Possible to Avoid the AFK Kick Timer?

Normally some players would say that there is a way to avoid it, but after the launch of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker — and probably for some time after  there is actually no way to circumvent the AFK kick timer.

If you know of the method people use under normal circumstances to get around the game kicking them out (which I am not going to state here), be aware that it currently does not work.

The game will still prompt you that you are going to be disconnected for inactivity, and does so shortly thereafter unless you interact with the game in some way.

It could be a month or two until Square Enix disables this new more strict AFK kick timer. The regular one, which was disabled through much of Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers, was re-implemented earlier this year due to the influx of new players.
