Core Gaming Launches New Website

A new professional gaming site launches for connecting gaming communities.

There are new faces in the game! In a press release, Executive Director Justin Baker announced the launch of a new pro-gaming website to bring casual and professional e-sports gamers together on one platform. The site, Coreprogaming.com, is for Starcraft 2, League of Legends, and DOTA 2 players to interact and possibly form competitive teams. They have also recently added a Black Ops 2 team as well! Baker says:

“We’re excited to announce the launch of the company we’ve all worked so hard to build over the past few months.  The beta has gone as smoothly as we could’ve asked, and we’re looking forward to rolling out to a very receptive audience

This organization will bring another level of professionalism and exposure to the professional gaming industry.  I’m very proud of the management and community here at Core, and we’re looking forward to seeing how much more we can grow over the next 6 months.”

Core Gaming has a one minute video posted that gives a quick glance at what they represent and the games that they have teams for. Click here to view the video!

Who Runs It?

Core is managed by seven guys all from the United States that have experience in various backgrounds from business and management to design and video production. All of which have 4-year degrees and have worked full time jobs in their respective fields, so I expect that the site, with their leadership, will be successful and will quickly climb to the top of the professional gaming field.

Who Can Join The Community?

Based on their site anyone can join Core gaming and use their Core TeamSpeak, so it might be a great thing to be involved in early on if you are a player of Starcraft 2, League of Legends, and DOTA 2. They offer three teams for all three games for those with different skill sets–Core Pro, Active and Club teams. They state that they have a professional standing in the League of Legends and Starcraft 2 teams but they remain amateur DOTA 2. Maybe you’ll be the gamer to change that!

All of the teams regardless of skill level or game of choice receive a monthly salary, gaming gear, and even travel expenses for any substantial tournament the players may go to with the team.
