If you played Fallout 3, you should be familiar with the perks, Lady Killer (Black Widow), Animal Friend, and Party Boy (Party Girl). These perks will rise again in Fallout 4, enabling you to lie and manipulate your way through the game. Want to convince other people to fight your battles for you while you make a clean getaway? How about never paying full price for anything?

With enough Charisma, you’ll make friends in all the right places (whether they like it or not).
