The time has finally come for the world to get their first look at Batman by Telltale — the mastermind studio behind gems like The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and Back to The Future: The Game.
The trailer has a very comic book look to it, just like most of the other Telltale games have had. The video starts off with Alfred telling Bruce (like always) that is if he keeps this up, Bruce is going to get himself killed. The video goes on to show Batman fighting, the people of Gotham, and sets up the story in general. There are also some familiar faces that fans will notice, including Alfred, Catwoman, Harvey Dent, Vickey Vale, Falcone, and good old Commissioner Gordon.
One thing that will be interesting to see is the fighting mechanic. Most other Telltale games feature quick time events for fighting, but I cant see that really working in a Batman game.
With a stellar line up of games under Telltale’s belt, one can only assume good things from the upcoming Batman game. Telltale’s Batman will release on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, mobile devices and on PC.
Oh, and did I mention that It will be out in just two weeks?
