Glow-in-the-Dark Condoms with inFAMOUS: Second Son Pre-Orders?
Back in the day, preordering was a way to ensure you’d get copy of a game on release day. With the rise of digital downloads and publishers creating more than enough copies, preordering has become less about avoiding sellouts and more about the extras. There have been some worthwhile bonuses offered over the past couple years, but GameStop Italy has taken preorder perks to a new level of strange.
Italian Gamers who preorder inFAMOUS: Second Son will be receiving special edition fluorescent condoms and two cans of Red Bull. That’s a right – glow-in-the-dark condoms.
Roughly translated from an ad on the site, the bonus promises a “fill of energy for an explosion of pleasure!”
It’s hard to say how the offer even relates to inFAMOUS: Second Son, but maybe it’s inspired by Delsin’s neon powers and superhuman abilities?
Seems like a bit of a stretch.
Unfortunately, it looks like the unique offer is no longer available. You can still preorder the game, but you’ll have to take care of the condoms and Red Bull on your own. inFAMOUS: Second Son will be released for PS4 on March 21st.
