Of all biomes in Minecraft, the mesa biome is the rarest one. If you are lucky, you can find one out of every 20 randomly generated seeds.
Mesas don't have villages or any other structures, but they often have underground mineshafts, and that is why these biomes are essential for Minecraft survival mode.
If you want to find rare terracotta blocks, then mesa is the only location in which you should look. They are some of the hardest and most beautiful naturally-generated blocks in the game.
Here, you will find the 15 top Minecraft mesa seeds, with the biomes either at spawn or a bit further.
In this seed, you will spawn at the northern border of a huge mesa biome. Go all the way to the south to spot two villages and two desert temples at coordinates -300, 1150 and -1300, 1000.
There is one more village at coordinates -1700, 750 that also stands right next to the mesa biome.
Desert temples are filled with some of the best loot in the game:

Dig up the temple but beware of the mobs inside. Here's what you will find for your trouble:

Usually, mesa biomes cover the entire area without any mixed biomes. But this Minecraft seed offers something very rare.
At coordinates 500, 1300, you will find a savanna oasis amidst a huge mesa biome.
