As part of their monthly free game promotion, IGN has partnered up with Telltale Games to give away Episode 1 of The Wolf Among Us.
The promotion is limited to first come first serve, and the game can be downloaded on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The other four episodes are available to purchase for $5 dollars each or $15 for the collection.
What is The Wolf Among Us?
The Wolf Among Us is a game based off of the comic books series, Fables, written by Bill Willingham and published by DC Comics/Vertigo. The game is set in Fabletown and Bigby Wolf (Big Bad Wolf) works for the mayor, Ichabod Crane.
Aided by a plethora of familiar characters, Bigby must make fast-paced decisions to solve a murder. The choices you make within the game can have severe consequences that often significantly change your experience. Definitely not a children’s game, The Wolf Among Us is “gritty and violent” and plays much like the Walking Dead games that precede it.
