10 Best Pinterest CC for Sims 4
Pinterest might not be your first thought when looking for Sims 4 mods, but just like Tumblr, it is filled with some of the best realistic and diverse options. Whether you’re looking for new clothes, fun infant CC, or more gameplay options, you have plenty of choices. Here are some of the very best I came across.
3D Lashes
One of my biggest gripes with the base game character creation was the lack of eyelashes (or realistic lashes, at least). If you want your sims to have beautiful long lashes, then CC is definitely the way to go. I came across some 3D lashes on Pinterest that are my go-to for all my characters. There are three different varieties in this pack, all of which will look long, luscious, and realistic.
AM & PM Traditions
If you’re big on roleplaying in The Sims, you’ve most likely already made your sims do some of these daily morning and night traditions. However, this mod, AM & PM Traditions, allows you to add the activity to the character’s calendar and carry it out automatically daily. This includes activities like brushing their teeth, applying makeup, doing skincare, or even taking time to journal.
SimDa Dating App
If you want a more interesting love life for your sims, this SimDa Dating App mod is a must-try. This nifty new app on your sim phone will allow them to go on Blind Dates with other random sims, leading to potential relationships. Or, they can even have one-night hook-ups if they’d rather have no strings attached.
Sentimental Lot Traits
One of the biggest influences on your sims’s behavior is their mood and traits. I came across this Sentimental Lot Traits mod that allows you to set unique traits directly to your lot. They will keep your sims in a constant mood whenever they are in that lot. For example, a romantic garden with the Flirty trait sets the mood for your sims to make a move a lot easier. This allows you to cater your lots for every occasion more easily.
Teen Activities
Are your teens feeling a little lackluster? These Teen Activities mods will spice up your teens’ lives, giving you more to do and giving them unique teen characteristics. Plus, it allows you to have more opportunities, like falling in love or having a more complicated relationship with your parents. Ultimately, it breathes life into those previously lifeless characters.
Eye Contacts
Some of my must-have CC, whenever I’m playing Sims, are different eye visuals and colors. Pinterest has many great eye mods, but these eye contacts by PoyoPoyo are definitely some of the best. You’ll get a range of different bright and dark colors that are a lot more realistic than the base game eyes.
Cleaning Override
If you have a neat sim, you’ve probably seen them cleaning plenty of times. Sadly, watching them clean is the same basic animation every time. This Cleaning Override mod makes it just a bit more aesthetically pleasing by replacing the ugly rag with a more appealing sponge and sleek black spray bottle. It might not seem like much, but it’s the little things that make up a more enjoyable experience.
Tattoos
If you’re looking for more CAS options, Pinterest has plenty of options as well. One in particular that caught my eye was these Tattoos. Even if there are more options for tattoos with the latest updates, they don’t come close to the quality or style of these detailed pieces that give your characters a lot of personality and flair.
Body Presets
On the topic of CAS, another must-have mod for your game is body presets. They will quite literally shape your sims into more realistic characters by adjusting their bodies’ width and curves. Not all bodies are the same; some have more curves than others. This mod will give you other options that are perfect for any female character.
Glasses
Last but not least, these are some of the very best-looking glasses I’ve seen. Even if it may not seem like a big deal for some, as someone who wears glasses constantly and wants to have their sims do the same, it’s nice to have some cute styles to choose from. These are four different, gorgeous pairs that fit any age or gender.
