You can explore and download the best custom content mods through these threads. These are some of the ones that stuck out to me while browsing.
Little Whiners Base Game Changing Stations
Even though Sims 4 got a major update that included interactable infants, funnily enough, it didn’t involve changing tables as part of the base game furniture. You had to have Growing Together to have access to them. Thankfully, littledica on Tumblr gives us a fully compatible changing table set that you can use with or without the Growing Together DLC. It includes a full table, a retractable table, and a diaper genie, making it a top contender for some of the best infant CC, no doubt.
